When interior tunneling is necessary, you must take steps to protect your belongings. Things that may fall over because if the vibration need to be moved and placed in safe place. Also, anything that cannot stand dust on them such as clothes and furniture. All of these items must be covered. Storage of all of your belongings is first and foremost. The Leveling Phase
The next phase that occurs during the foundation repair is the leveling phase. This phase, for the most part, is fairly quick. It does require access to the interior foundation of the home. This is so that measurements can be taken. The worst part of this phase is the minor jolts that may occur during the process.

- The ceilings
- The Plumbings
- And the Masonry.
However, this is the phase where existing cracks that are on the wall may become closed. At that time windows may become able to use again, or even doors may become operable once more.
The Clean Up Phase.
This is just what it says that it is. The cleanup phase. This is the final stage of the foundation repair process. Everything is put back in place during the phase. The soil is put back into the appropriate places and compacted and graded over for a smooth finish and then covered with concrete.
The holes are then mounted with soil. This allows for the soil to naturally find its course and settle into a level grade over time. Any leftover soil is then taken off.
